We only handle the customers data in order to close a contract between the parties at a distance, to establish the content of the contract, to modify it, to monitore its performance, to invoice charges resulting from it, and to validate the related claims, under the Law no. 63/1992. The delivery data of the customer will be handed over to the shipping service provider during the shipping time. The shipping service provider has to make a declaration in form of a contract about the confidential handling of information. We show, modify or delete the shipping service providers' data on written request or e-mail (with the exception of the invoicing information (the wet ink copies of invoices), because the Accounting Act obligates us to preserve them). We ask the users, that if they feel that the operator of the Clear Magic failed to protect the right of personal data, than please contact us to handle the eventual infringement. We inform our users that they may pursue their claims before the civil courts or they may require the help of the Data Protection Supervisor.
